Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?
Shipping varies by product, starting from $6.95 for Standard and $9.95 for Express. Please refer to each product page for exact options at checkout.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes — Express is the fastest method available. Pricing is shown on each product page. If your cart has items of different sizes, the largest item determines the shipping rate.
What are your delivery cut-offs?
For seasonal dates (e.g., Father's Day, Christmas), please see our live cut-offs page for the most up-to-date timelines. Production and shipping times are estimates and depend on carrier performance. View cut-offs
Peak production timeframes
During peak seasons (April, June, August, November & December) orders can take a little longer to produce due to volume. We work around the clock to dispatch as quickly as possible — thank you for your patience.
Can I select the exact time and date of delivery?
Couriers and Australia Post do not provide specific delivery time windows. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Authority to Leave & signatures
Couriers may leave parcels in a safe place if no one is home. If you prefer a signature on delivery, please let us know at checkout. Large frames are delivered by couriers who may not be able to redeliver the same day.
Can you ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Small items can be delivered to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. Large framed prints and gallery walls must go to a street address.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Please email contact@lovejk.com.au as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has already shipped, we'll try our best to help — carrier fees may apply.
How do I track the status of my order?
Check your dispatch confirmation email for your tracking link (it may land in junk/spam). You can also log into your account to view tracking. If sent via Australia Post, track here. If sent via Sendle, track here. If sent via StarTrack, track here.
What happens if I missed my delivery?
If you received a missed-delivery card, please follow the instructions to arrange redelivery or collection. If a card wasn't left, track your item for details. Still stuck? Contact us and we'll help.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes — studio pickup is available in Moorabbin, Victoria. Select "Pick up" at checkout and we'll email when your order is ready for collection.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We hope to in the future. If you're outside Australia, please email us and we'll keep you posted.

Sale & Promotions

What if I forgot to apply my discount code?
Once an order has been placed, we're unable to apply a discount retroactively. To avoid missing out, please double-check your code at checkout before completing your order.
Can you backdate a promotion to my order?
Sorry — promotions can't be applied to past or in-progress orders.
I missed the sale — can I still get the discount?
We can't honour promotions after they end. Keep an eye on our emails and socials for the next offer. ?
Do discount codes stack?
Only one code can be used per order, and some products or services may be excluded.

Order Queries

How long will my order take to produce?
We handcraft each piece. Typical production times (business days):
• Photo prints & small frames: 3–5 days
• Large frames & collages: 5–7 days
• Gallery walls: 7–10 days

Times exclude shipping. During peak periods, production may take a little longer.
I didn't receive my order confirmation
Please check your junk/spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll resend it.
Can I change my frame colour or photos?
Email contact@lovejk.com.au straight away with your order number. If production has started, changes may not be possible.
I received an incorrect or missing item
Please email contact@lovejk.com.au with your order number and details. Note: sometimes items ship in separate parcels due to size limits; check for multiple dispatch emails. If you ordered gift wrap, unroll it — we often roll sheets together in one tube.

Payment & Gift Vouchers

What payment methods do you offer?
We accept major credit cards, Afterpay and Zip.
How do I redeem a voucher or promo code?
On the shopping bag page, enter your code and click "Apply." Your discount will appear once activated. One code per order.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes — we offer physical and digital gift vouchers. Shop gift vouchers
Gift voucher terms
Gift vouchers can't be exchanged for cash. If a refund is needed on a purchase made with a voucher, we'll issue a new voucher for the eligible amount. Gift vouchers expire 4 years from purchase.

Returns

7-day change-of-mind returns for art
If your full-priced framed art isn't quite right, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be in as-new condition and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. Once received and checked, we'll issue a store credit valid for 12 months.
Non-returnable items
Custom and personalised items (e.g., photo prints, collages, gallery walls) can't be returned or exchanged. Sale items and orders placed with discount codes aren't eligible for return.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're so sorry. Please email contact@lovejk.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage to the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement quickly.

Photography Help

Will my phone photos print well?
Most recent smartphones produce excellent prints at small to medium sizes. Our editors assess every image on colour-calibrated screens and will contact you if we have any concerns before printing.
What does "high-resolution" mean?
Use the largest/original file available (camera originals or your photographer's high-res set). If emailing from your phone, select "Actual Size."
My photos look dark — can you help?
You can try our Low Light and Brighten filters at upload. Our editors also make light-touch improvements where needed. If quality could be compromised at your chosen size, we'll be in touch with options.
Will the print match my screen?
We print on professional fine-art printers with colour-managed workflows using archival inks and premium papers. Screens display colour/brightness differently, so a small variation is normal. We'll flag any concerns before printing.

Printing, Materials & Care

Printing information
We use professional giclée printing with archival pigment inks for photo prints and framed pieces — chosen for colour accuracy and longevity.
Glazing & materials (acrylic vs glass)
Our framed pieces are finished with crystal-clear, UV-resistant acrylic rather than glass. It's lighter, shatter-resistant (safer for kids' rooms and busy homes), and helps protect against fading. We pair this with archival papers and pigment inks for long-lasting results.
Do you offer mat boards?
We don't currently offer mat boards. Our framers size each print precisely to your chosen frame for a clean, modern look. If you're after a matted aesthetic, let us know and we'll suggest sizing/layouts to create a similar effect.
Care instructions
Dust frames gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For acrylic glazing, use a clean microfiber cloth slightly dampened with water (no glass cleaners, alcohol, ammonia, or paper towels). Hang away from direct sunlight, heat sources and high humidity (e.g., bathrooms). Ensure secure wall fixings appropriate to your wall type.

Custom Design Requests

Can you design a custom gallery wall for my space?
Yes — our team can create a layout tailored to your wall and photos. Custom designs may be excluded from promotions. Please email contact@lovejk.com.au with a photo and rough measurements.
Hanging & changing photos later
Individual frames are easy to open from the back if you wish to update your photo later. Our gallery walls are professionally braced for stability and alignment, so they aren't designed for interchangeable photos. If flexibility is important, tell us and we'll recommend options that make swapping images simpler.
What comes in the box?
Frames arrive ready to hang with hardware included. Gallery walls include a hanging template and wall mates to make installation simple. Individual frames do not include the wall mates system.
Can you create a design using a licensed character?
Sorry — we can't. As we don't own the rights to characters (e.g., Elsa or Batman), we're unable to use them in our designs. Please explore our original range.
Can you create a new invitation/print design for me?
Generally, we're unable to create brand-new custom designs due to studio workload. If you have a specific request, please email contact@lovejk.com.au and we'll let you know if we can assist.
